She earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completed a family medicine internship and residency at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Camp Pendleton, California.
