Dr. Stephanie Sun is a specialty care physician in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2020. Dr. Sun practices full-scope care in obstetrics and gynecology. She enjoys caring for patients throughout their reproductive lives, from routine gynecologic preventive care to contraception management, preconception counseling, routine and high-risk obstetrics, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. She has a special interest in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic minimally invasive surgery for management of gynecological issues. She enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and walking together through all the challenges that arise during the reproductive lifespan with a patient-centered and shared decision-making approach. She resides in Arlington, VA, with her husband and two children. Outside the office, she enjoys handicrafts, good food, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Sun speaks conversational Mandarin.
