He currently practices at IFMC, the largest interventional stroke center in Northern Virginia, where he plays a central role in delivering endovascular care to a high-volume and diverse patient population.<br /><br />Dr. McEachern specializes in advanced neurointerventional procedures, including endovascular coiling, flow diversion, intracranial stenting, AVM embolization, venous stenting, carotid stenting, and mechanical thrombectomy for large-vessel occlusion strokes.
