Background: Bruton s tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) are used to treat a form of leukemia. But taking BTKi can also increase a person s risk of developing an abnormal heart rhythm. This can cause sudden death. In this natural history study, researchers want to learn how BTKi affects the heart.
Summary: This study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmaokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
Summary: This is a multi-site observational study of medical events of interest (MEOI) and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients initiating treatment with the Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) acalabrutinib or ibrutinib in the United States (US).
Summary: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax and acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax with and without obinutuzumab compared to chemoimmunotherapy in subjects with previously untreated CLL
Summary: This clinical trial evaluates the influenza virus vaccination in evaluating human immune response in patients with lymphoma. Evaluating immune response may increase the understanding of how the immune system changes when patients receive treatment for lymphomas by looking at the antibody levels and the level of the different cells that make up the immune system over time compared to those without ...
Summary: A Multicenter Retrospective Study to understand the clinical characteristics, treatment pathway and resource utilization for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia A retrospective, multi-centre, observational study to describe disease characteristics, treatment patterns, treatment-related outcomes, and resource utilization for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) patients in multiple internation...
Background: Individuals may be prone to develop blood or lymph node cancers (leukemia or lymphoma) for a variety of reasons, including genetic predisposition to these cancers, environmental exposures or other medical conditions. Studies of people and families at high risk of cancer often lead to clues about their cause that may also be important regarding the sporadic occurrence of these cancers in the genera...
Summary: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess how well venetoclax + obinutuzumab (VenG) works and how safe they are in adult participants with CLL who were previously treated with VenG. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Venetoclax is an approved drug for the treatment of CLL. Study doctor...
Background: B-cell lymphoma is a cancer of certain white blood cells (called lymphocytes). These cells are found in lymph nodes. The cancer can cause enlargement of the lymph nodes leading to pain and discomfort. Swollen lymph nodes can also press on nearby organs such as liver and kidneys which can affect normal functioning of the organs. Researchers think that a new combination of drugs may be able to help....
Summary: This phase III trial compares early treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab versus delayed treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab in patients with newly diagnosed high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed ...
Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common cancer in children. About 90% of children and young adults who are treated for ALL can now be cured. But if the disease comes back, the survival rate drops to less than 50%. Better treatments are needed for ALL relapses.
