Dr. Neskovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia, on February 12, 1953, in a farmer's family, and he was supposed to continue farming the same way his father, grandfather and grandfather did. But, from maybe age 3 he wanted to become a physician or maybe a Serbian priest, but that desire to become a physician was so strong that he never deviated from his original idea which became his lifelong passion and his calling.
