Dr. Jonathan Salinas was born in Lima, Peru. It was in Peru, where from an early age he began developing a deep appreciation for music and the singing voice from his mother, a professional singer. His comprehensive approach to the care of the professional voice is influenced by his personal experience as a musician and the unique experience of treating voice professionals at UCLA.Dr. Salinas is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a competitive degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. He then obtained his medical degree from the world renowned David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
