Overview
Dr. Kristie Lou provides minimally invasive surgical care for the treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis, abnormal uterine bleeding and pelvic pain, as well as fibroids, cysts, benign tumors and other gynecologic conditions. Her areas of expertise include excision surgery for endometriosis, laparoscopic myomectomy and hysterectomy, robotic surgery, and multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain. Her research interests include surgical education, endometriosis and pelvic pain. Dr. Lou is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Society of Gynecologic Surgeons. Outside of work, Dr. Lou enjoys baking, hiking, playing music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
