Overview
I provide care to patients with a wide variety of gastrointestinal problems including GERD, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding. My specialty is in disorders of the esophagus. I frequently work with patients who have difficulty swallowing, uncontrolled acid reflux, and Barrett’s esophagus (a complication of acid reflux that can lead to changes in the lining of the esophagus over time). I chose gastroenterology because it is an exciting specialty that gives me the opportunity to build long-term relationships with my patients and treat a wide variety of diseases. During my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring nature with my family.
