Dr O'Kelly is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist with over a decade of experience, with a 100% breast surgery practice. She strongly believes in patient education and informed decision-making, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary integration to achieve maximal patient outcomes. She takes pride in her ability to tailor treatments to each individual patient's goals. She is very excited to serve as Medical Director for the North Sound Breast Program, bringing the Providence Swedish Cancer Institute resources and standards north to establish an integrated comprehensive breast cancer program in Edmonds and Everett.
