Overview
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth. Since 2016, I have specialized in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and mood disorders. My approach integrates therapy, medication management, and holistic mental health care tailored to each individual.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate their mental health journey. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to achieve emotional well-being.
