Craig T. Arntz, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic shoulder specialist with 25 years of experience treating problems that often require shoulder surgery, including rotator cuff tears, instability, fractures, and shoulder arthritis. He has advanced training in shoulder surgery with extensive experience in treating the most complex shoulder disorders. Philip Yearian, DPM, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in the lower extremity treatment of the foot and ankle. Cindy E. Bullock, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in the care of fractures, sports injuries, heel pain, and bunions. She finds it gratifying to share in each person’s path toward foot and ankle health. She completed her undergraduate education in California. She lived in Canterbury, England while completing post-baccalaureate studies in medical biochemistry. Since then, her education and work as a podiatric surgeon have taken her to Pennsylvania, Utah, New Mexico, and now, Skagit Valley, Washington. When not working, she enjoys travel, hiking, and watching football. She is an avid fan of the San Diego Chargers.
