Dr. Myers moved to Colorado after finishing his foot and ankle subspecialty fellowship. He is an East Coast transplant, having attended Princeton for College, U. Penn for medical school, and Johns Hopkins for his residency. Eric J. Lindberg, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who joined Orthopedic Associates in 1998. Dr. Daniel Ocel is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who joined a division of OCC - Cornerstone Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in 2005. He is fellowship-trained in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and also practices general orthopedics and sports medicine. His approach centers on compassionate, individualized care tailored to each patient. Dr. Ocel graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Medicine, where he received a Health Professions Scholarship from the U.S. Navy. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, earning the Weinstein Award as the outstanding chief resident. Following residency, Dr. Ocel served as head of orthopedic surgery at Naval Hospital Corpus Christi and was awarded the Naval-Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his service. He then moved to Sydney, Australia, to complete a foot and ankle fellowship with Dr. Martin Sullivan, caring for many of the country’s top professional and Olympic athletes. He later completed an additional fellowship with Dr. Robert Anderson at the Miller Clinic in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Ocel is a member of the Colorado Medical Society, American Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Society, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
