He completed his ENT residency at Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, in 1992, and achieved board certification shortly thereafter.At ENT Specialists, Dr. Palmer provides specialty allergy care, including testing and immunotherapy. He also performs a full range of surgical procedures such as placement of pressure equalization tubes in ears, tonsil and adenoid removal, nasal surgery, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, and laser surgery.A Utah native, Dr. Palmer graduated from Skyline High School in Salt Lake City. He is married and has five children. He enjoys the arts, and in his spare time, he can be found playing the piano, watching the Utah Jazz, enjoying his wife's violin playing, playing sports with his family, or singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
