Hi, I'm Sara McCracken, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With over six years in the medical field, I specialize in telehealth, mental health, and weight loss management. I am board-certified by the AANP and committed to delivering evidence-based treatment that supports the unique needs of each patient.
My expertise spans psychiatric care, weight loss, and overall wellness. I help individuals manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, and insomnia while also guiding them toward sustainable weight loss and better overall health. Currently, I provide telehealth services across multiple states, including South Carolina, Arizona, and Ohio, ensuring accessible and convenient care.
I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and a Bachelor's from the University of South Carolina. My approach to care is rooted in empathy, open communication, and collaboration. I believe that healthcare should be personalized, ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported.
