I provide remote care through virtual consultations that emphasize patient-centered strategies, evidence-based treatments, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Using telehealth platforms, I conduct assessments, offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and support psychopharmacological management.
