Dr. Dale King
Overview
Dale King, MD, is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. King received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine before completing his pediatric residency at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He also served as Chief Resident for a year. He then went on to complete his fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and also completed the Pediatric Scientist Development Program there.
