She stayed on for a one year fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, also as chief fellow. Following her training, she joined Jefferson Radiology to practice diagnostic and interventional radiology, centered in Hartford, Connecticut. There she continued her efforts in leadership, becoming Chief of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Hartford Hospital and Jefferson Radiology. Dr. Bass was member of the Local Practice Board for Jefferson Radiology as well as a member of the Radiology Partners Interventional Radiology National Advisory Board. She served nearly a year as Member-At-Large for the Hartford Hospital Medical Executive Committee before changing positions to become Assistant Professor of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Yale School of Medicine.
