I am an ophthalmologist trained in vitreoretinal eye disease. I treat a wide variety of diseases to include medical conditions, such as diabetic-related eye disease and age-related macular degeneration. However, my surgical training allows the management of retinal attachment and macular holes. I was introduced to the field of medicine at an early age by my mother who was a nurse. My father was an entrepreneur and owner of a small business, so I realized the importance of hard work and commitment. In retrospect, I believe that my ability to pursue and achieve my professional goals is a direct result of their drive and sincere work ethic.
