I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and medication management to help clients achieve lasting wellness.
I take a holistic and culturally sensitive approach, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs. My goal is to empower clients to regain control of their lives by addressing mood disorders, trauma, attention difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
