• clinical diagnosis of COPD
• right heart catheterization including mPAP (Mean Pulmonary Artery Pressure), PVR (Pulmonary Vascular Resistance), PAWP (Pulmonary Artery Wedge Pressure), CO (cardiac output)
• age \>= 18 years
