Hi, I’m Hieu Tran, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner. With a passion for providing quality patient care, I focus on evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes. Whether it's through patient intake screenings, diagnosing mental illnesses, or overseeing psychotropic medications, I bring a compassionate touch to all I do.
Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychiatric rehabilitation. My background includes working in hospitals, both in-person and via telecare, and even teaching aspiring nurses at California State University Long Beach. I believe in working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective care.

Before pursuing nursing, she served on active duty in the U.S. Army after which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New Mexico State University.As a combat veteran and first-generation Mexican American, Araceli has lived through unique experiences which have helped her develop a solid understanding of the diverse needs of people from various cultures and backgrounds.
