I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner based in Connecticut, offering personalized, evidence-based medication management through a trauma-informed lens. My telehealth practice, Rooted in Serenity Behavioral Health, was created to be a calm and grounded space for those navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.
I believe that healing begins when you feel truly heard. My approach blends clinical expertise with deep listening, cultural sensitivity, and a strong focus on building trust. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all—together, we’ll explore the most effective options for your unique path to wellness. Medication, when used thoughtfully, can be a powerful tool—but it’s just one part of a larger, collaborative process.
I welcome adult clients (18+) across Connecticut and offer both self-pay and insurance-based services. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for something to shift, I’m here to support you with warmth, clarity, and care.
