Overview
I joined Duke in 2015 as a faculty member in the departments of Community and Family Medicine and Psychiatry. As part of my practice, I treat both physical and mental illnesses to improve overall patient well-being. My goal is to empower patients to take charge of their own health. Aside from direct patient care, I also work within the Duke Family Medicine Residency Program developing behavioral health curriculum and training residents. My professional interests include primary care psychiatry, medical education, and integrated care. Outside of medicine I enjoy movies, traveling, and college sports.
