Summary: The purpose of this study is to assess percentage reduction in the of urine NTX and serum CTX , in patients with NSCLC and bone metastases 1) with actionable driver oncogene on standard of care (SOC) TKI at 3 months post treatment and 2) without actionable mutations on standard of care therapy (chemotherapy/immunotherapy) treated with zoledronic acid or denosumab at the same time period.

Summary: The goal of this study is to determine whether romosozumab will improve bone density in girls and women with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (cessation of the menstrual period due to intense exercise, stress, or an eating disorder) who have low bone density. Summary: The purpose of the clinical study is to investigate whether the local delivery of bisphosphonate as a surgical adjuvant can decrease the chance of a giant cell tumor of bone coming back to the same location. The hypothesis is that the local administration of bisphosphonate will decrease the rate of the tumor returning compared to traditional aggressive surgical removal of the tumor.
