What is Tysabri (Natalizumab)?

TYSABRI is an integrin receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of: Multiple Sclerosis TYSABRI is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults. TYSABRI increases the risk of PML [See Warnings and Precautions.
