Overview
Dr. Kathleen Lopez is a board-certified Psychiatrist specializing in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. Originally from the San Fernando Valley in California, she completed her B.S. in Psychology with a pre-med focus at Pacific Union College. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, followed by an adult psychiatry residency at the University of California, Riverside, and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UCLA, where she also served as Administrative Chief.
Kathleen brings a deep passion to KCLA for increasing access to high-quality mental health care, particularly for neurodiverse youth and adults. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to providing inclusive, empathetic care that supports individuals and their families in meaningful ways.
