Overview
Bilingual, Board Certification psychiatrist assessing and treating both young adults, adults and older adults to alleviate their suffering. Clinical interests include depression, sleep problems, stress and anxiety issues, cultural and religious wellbeing that are affecting mental health and family dynamics or relationships.
Skillful in treating psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and PTSD, trained in ECT (Shock Therapy) which is usually used for treatment resistant depression and psychosis.
My model of treatment is patient centered, and patient’s opinion matters most. I counsel my patients with respect, compassion and empathy, wouldn't treat mental illness with medications unless treatment with medication is unavoidably necessary.
