I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience in both physical and mental healthcare. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health concerns. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and more.
I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, integrating therapy and medication management to help individuals achieve mental wellness. My treatment methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based techniques, and culturally competent interventions.
I have extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including hospice, rehabilitation, and outpatient services, working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. My goal is to provide holistic, patient-centered care while educating and empowering clients and their families.
I offer telehealth services through a secure video platform, available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring accessible and high-quality mental health support. I am passionate about helping clients regain balance, build resilience, and become the best version of themselves. I look forward to supporting your journey to better mental health.
