Overview
Stacy Trovitch, CRNP, specializes in all aspects of pediatric endocrinology, including Type 1 diabetes (also known as juvenile diabetes), thyroid disorders, growth concerns and puberty issues. Ms. Trovitch is particularly passionate about helping children manage Type 1 diabetes. As a certified diabetes educator, she stays updated on the latest tools and skills to support her patients. She has clinical experience helping young patients understand diabetes management, including how to administer and dose insulin and how to use a glucometer. Originally from Bloomsburg, Ms. Trovitch was inspired to become a certified registered nurse practitioner to help care for people in her community. “I love helping families come up with the best plan of care for their unique situation,” she says. “I enjoy empowering children and teaching them how to cope with a chronic disease like Type 1 diabetes.”|In her spare time, Ms. Trovitch enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and pets. She likes kayaking, reading, walking and vacationing at the beach.
