Hi, I’m Hieu Tran, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner. With a passion for providing quality patient care, I focus on evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes. Whether it's through patient intake screenings, diagnosing mental illnesses, or overseeing psychotropic medications, I bring a compassionate touch to all I do.
Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychiatric rehabilitation. My background includes working in hospitals, both in-person and via telecare, and even teaching aspiring nurses at California State University Long Beach. I believe in working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective care.
