Dr. Elli Novatcheva is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Washington, DC, practicing at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. She completed her residency at the University of Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident in Outpatient Psychiatry, and earned her medical degree from the University of California San Diego.
