Dr. Robert Brems is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah College of Medicine in Salt Lake City. He completed his internship at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.Special interests include laser vision correction (LASIK), cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and cosmetic eye surgery.Dr. Brems is also past Chairman of Prevent Blindness Arizona. He completed his internship at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and his residency in Ophthalmology at Tulane Medical Center Hospital, where he was given the O'Brien award for excellence. Dr. Aiello went on to fellowships in cornea and external disease, and oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at the Oregon Health Science Center in Portland.
