Overview
Dr. Shutte loves learning new skills and teaching them to others. As new treatment modalities are frequently on the horizon a career in medicine was the ideal career path for her. While there are many instances in her career that she loves, the one that brings her the most joy is delivering babies because “each delivery is as unique and special as the one before.”
Dr. Shutte was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has strong family roots on the East Coast. When she and her husband were looking to settle down they found exactly what they wanted in Moscow — a small vibrant community with easy access to outdoor activities. Dr. Shutte welcomed her first child at Gritman Medical Center in 2020. When she isn’t working, she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, yoga, hiking with her dog “Rosie,” and kayaking.
