With over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience, Sarah considers herself an intuitive and compassionate clinician who brings a calm and healing energy to her sessions. Her practice is guided by a patient-centered model of care that values patient participation in all stages of care. You know yourself best, and she’s there to listen and incorporate this knowledge into your care. Sarah integrates holistic practices, such as deep breathing, diet, sleep, and mindfulness to support and nurture the wellness journey. Each patient is unique and resilient, and Sarah looks forward to walking together on the path to wellness!
Sarah was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia well into adulthood. Consequently, it’s become her passion to help others with these disorders find healing and recovery through timely diagnosis and evidence-based treatment. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, spending time with loved ones, and exploring nature with her dog, Jaxx, a Standard Poodle and certified therapy dog. She also practices intuitive journaling, using music, poetry, and paint to create unique works of art.
