Hello, I’m Shelly Clavis, a Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With extensive experience in primary care, acute care, mental health, and addiction treatment, I specialize in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, substance use disorder, OCD, mood disorders, stress, grief, and trauma.
My treatment philosophy focuses on holistic care, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my patients. I offer online telehealth services via a secured video platform, available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
