Overview
Daria Abolghasemi, DO, is a breast surgeon specializing in breast surgical oncology with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). She then completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining AMG, she served as an attending physician at ProHEALTH Breast Care & Surgery, Syosset, NY, and The Breast Center at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. She also holds a BS in biological sciences from Fordham University, the Bronx, NY.Dr. Abolghasemi has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, delivered numerous regional and national presentations and abstracts, and is a member of the professional organizations the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association.
