Stephen Bovenkerk, DO, FAOCO, earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine-Midwestern University, Downers Grove, Illinois, and completed his residency at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights, Michigan.
