Jennifer K. Porco, NP
Overview
Jennifer Porco has been practicing with Dr. Shatkin and Dr. Gross since 2014, initially as a member of the transitional care team, caring for patients post hospital stays in sub-acute rehabilitation. Jennifer cared for patients with advanced cardio-pulmonary diseases as well as other chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and osteoarthritis.
In 2017, Jennifer transitioned to caring for patients in our office setting with her focus being Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. Jennifer works closely alongside Dr. Gross in the diagnosis and management of many rheumatological conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and fibromyalgia. Jennifer also provides care for patients suffering with chronic pain due to osteoarthritis of the joints and spine. In addition, Jennifer works closely alongside Dr. Shatkin providing care for pulmonary patients. Jennifer has extensive experience in the management of COPD, asthma, small airway disease, chronic cough and obstructive sleep apnea.
Jennifer takes pride in providing compassionate care and developing close bonds with her patients while providing ongoing education and practicing evidence-based medicine. She looks forward to providing excellent healthcare, treatment and guidance for each of her patients.

Dr. Terilyn Ma is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC) at Century Dermatology, primarily servicing the Chinese community in NYC. Additionally, she obtained her initial outpatient NP experience at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Along with her healthcare experience, she was a member of the Chinese Flagship program at SFSU, where she studied abroad in China and Taiwan to develop her Chinese language skill. .
