Alieu Bojang, NP
Overview
Alieu Bojang is dedicated to improving the health of his patients through education and prevention. He began his nursing career in 2007 serving the Tyler community after earning his bachelor’s degree in nursing at The University of Texas at Tyler. He later returned to the classroom in the DFW area to earn his master’s degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Denton. He is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner. Alieu thrives on researching and discovering new and emerging diseases and treatments with a focus on caring for underserved and vulnerable populations. He is clinically trained in a variety of disciplines, including adult and geriatric medicine, pediatrics, mental health services and women’s care. Alieu views his role as a care provider as a way of life rather than a job. He is fluent in the Mandinka and Wolof languages.
