As a society, our overall health continues to be poor. I try to make a difference by being involved in medical care individually and in the community. I enjoy working with children, especially those with congenital heart disease. This is an inherited condition and not acquired — compared to adult cardiology — so it’s not their fault. Kids’ energy is amazing — and so is all the good energy I get from their parents and my colleagues. I have a passion about using exercise as a diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic tool.
