Dr. Amanda Bakken
Overview
Amanda Bakken, CNM, MSN is a Certified Nurse-Midwife. She completed her Nurse-Midwifery Training and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While studying nursing at UIC, she was selected to serve on the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Advisory Committee and inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society. She has also served as a volunteer doula. She is affiliated with Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. When she isn't working, Amanda enjoys cooking, knitting, and spending time with her husband and two children. Amanda is accepting new patients.
