She completed an advanced degree through the Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Maryville University. Amanda’s clinical interested include cardiovascular disease prevention, heart failure and interventional cardiology.“I believe in treating the individual and not just the disease. I feel that empowering the patient with knowledge allows for a partnership in their care leading to informed decision making and improvement of their overall heart health.”When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and going to baseball games.
