Overview
I specialize in general cardiology and vascular cardiology. While I enjoy treating patients with all general cardiac concerns, I have a special interest in treating those with heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and difficult-to-control blood pressure. One of my favorite aspects of being a physician assistant is the opportunity and privilege to get to know my patients on a deeper level so that we can work as a team to tackle their medical concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my rambunctious dog, spending time outdoors, hiking, singing, and listening to music.

I am an interventional cardiologist and researcher who has been at Duke for nearly 20 years. I enjoy being at Duke because of the “family” I get to work with every day.
