Annette D. Filiatrault, NP

Dr. Filiatrault completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at Vanderbilt University, graduating magna cum laude. She received her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami. She was valedictorian of her graduating podiatric medical school class. She then completed a three-year residency in foot & ankle reconstructive surgery. Dr. Filiatrault is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and specializes in Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association, and the American Podiatric Medical Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for the nationally recognized The Podiatry Institute. She continues to extensively lecture on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and has been the chairperson of the Utah Winter Seminar over the last several years. Dr. Filiatrault has written chapters for the 4th edition of McGlamry's Comprehensive Textbook of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is proud to be a Piedmont Clinic member. Dr. Filiatrault also has a special interest in Sports Medicine and was a Division I soccer player at Vanderbilt, during which time they won the SEC championship twice. She continues to play soccer and is currently active in Crossfit fitness. She has previously played for the Atlanta Silverbacks, a women's semi-professional soccer team, for which she had served as the team podiatrist.
