Overview
I chose pediatrics because I love working with children. I enjoy supporting new parents with infants and continuing to see their children grow and change over time. I also have fun talking with older children and adolescents and giving them a chance to express questions they may have during the visit. Our work together includes helping to take care of your child when they are sick, in addition to watching their growth and development at well visits and implementing preventive care. I believe preventive care is very important, including vaccines and counseling on healthy habits. At home, I like to spend time with my son and husband. My family likes to read, spend time outside, and work in our garden.
