Dr. Biermann serves as Director of the Musculoskeletal Oncology Program at the University of Michigan. Her clinical interests include malignant and benign tumors of soft tissue and bone, both primary and metastatic. Her practice includes both adults and children. He has authored over 75 peer-reviewed publications, and presented his work at international, national and regional meetings. Dr. Kheir has been directly involved in four international consensus meetings to create guidelines for managing hip and knee arthritis and complex arthroplasties. He has further immersed himself into research by leading multiple clinical trials as the principal investigator.
