Before his current roles, he explored various facets of medicine, from postdoctoral research in cancer and autoimmune diseases to pharmaceutical sales. His expertise in critical care is further highlighted by his involvement in managing complex obstetric cases including sepsis, hemorrhage, trauma, and cardiac and hypertensive conditions in pregnancy. A distinguished editor of Critical Care Obstetrics and author of numerous book chapters, Dr. Saad has significantly contributed to the literature in obstetrics and gynecology. His work in developing guidelines and educational materials for both healthcare professionals and patients showcases his commitment to advancing healthcare standards. Dr. Saad's scholarly contributions extend to peer-reviewed articles on a wide range of topics within his field. He has been recognized for excellence in mentorship and teaching through awards such as the OB-GYN Golden Apple Award and the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Award of Research Excellence.
