I enjoy working with patients of all ages and walks of life. My practice philosophy revolves around putting the patient at the center of their health care and using a team approach to serve the patient's individual needs. My role is to collaborate with the patient and their families, to listen to their concerns, to treat them with respect and to help them reach their unique health care goals. I grew up near Green Bay, Wisconsin, (yes, I am a Cheesehead) and now call Minneapolis home. I love Minneapolis because there is never a shortage of fun things to do, including running on one of the countless paths, biking to a new ice cream shop, trying a new yoga class, relaxing on the beaches of Lake Calhoun or scoping out the produce at the farmers market. My husband cheers for the Vikings, so when we're not giving each other a hard time about their taste in NFL teams, we enjoy snowboarding, traveling and exploring the outdoors. When I'm not at Park Nicollet, I also enjoy cooking a new recipe, catching up with friends or finding a new project to try from Pinterest.
