He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, OK, before completing his internship and residency at Resurrection Health Family Medicine Residency in Memphis, TN. He has special interests in community health, sports medicine and delivering quality medicine to underserved populations both locally and internationally. Dr. McKinney is married and has one daughter. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors hiking, riding bikes and running, as well as golfing. He also is actively involved in his local church and enjoys spending time with his community there and engaging in community development projects in his neighborhood, which is in the same community as his clinic.
