Overview

I’m a Physical Therapist specializing in the treatment of orthopedic conditions of the spine, foot, and ankle. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Gonzaga University and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. My clinical approach combines evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from surgery, or managing a sports-related injury, I’m here to guide you through your recovery.I’ve pursued additional training in manual therapy, pain neuroscience education, dry needling, and sport-specific rehabilitation to help you reach your goals, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to you.Outside the clinic, I enjoy rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with my dog.
